Cancellation Policy

We get it, things happen, but please allow 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a no-show occurs you will be charged 50% of the serviced booked and any deposits will be forfeited.

We kindly ask that you fill out the form questions before your appointment. If you are unable to complete the form ahead of time, please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment so you can fill it out here.

Late Policy

We understand that things happen. We allow a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive within this window, we will do our best to accommodate you, and if possible, we may adjust the service time to keep your appointment on track.



If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule. In the event that a reschedule is required, a fee of 15% of the service cost will be charged.
